North Taproom needed robust, easy-to-clean seating that matched the brand palette and maximised covers across indoor and terrace zones. Furniture had to tolerate heavy use and regular cleaning. The installation had to align with the opening date, without disrupting adjacent trades. Success meant a consistent look, durable construction and a tidy, documented handover.
We translated the concept into technical packs and cutting lists, then manufactured under one roof for schedule control and consistent quality.
Frames were engineered in steel with jigging for accuracy and repeatability. Timbers/tops were selected for wipe-clean performance and lifecycle value. We colour-matched frames to the brand palette, powder-coated in-house for durability. Where practical, we pre-assembled table frames and batched tops to reduce fitting time. Outdoor bench sets were finished with weather-appropriate coatings; feet were detailed for drainage and paving falls.
Materials were specified with service life in mind, with repairable construction and replaceable parts to extend use. Maintenance guidance supports cleaning regimes; spares are available like-for-like to protect lifecycle value. Designed for straightforward disassembly at end-of-life to aid recycling.
RAMS and site packs were issued before installation, and access sequencing was agreed with the main fit-out team to avoid bar fit clashes. Packaging was minimised; waste was separated and removed from the site daily.
